Cool Wedding with Tons of Traditions!
August 22nd, 2007 by edit1media
Wow…Sunday’s wedding at Newcastle was amazing! With elements from Jewish, Chinese, Japanese and Hawaiian cultures, it could have gotten pretty crazy, but Elizabeth (the beautiful bride!) and her wedding coordinator Wendy Wojcik were able to pull it all together cohesively. There were some really great, spontaneous moments in the day and I’m sure now that it’s over they are even more happy that they decided to have it filmed!
This wedding was shot in High Definition and we created an Extended Same Day Edit where elements of the reception are included. The first half was shown right after Toasts and then the entire video with the reception shots was shown just before the Liz & Aaron departed. Both viewings had standing ovations and after the second viewing, people were shouting “We want MORE!!” We had tons of fun with this wedding and even brought home a Hawaiian print yamika as a souvenir!
The Extended Same Day Edit is becoming one of our service options as a stand alone product. It will be a perfect solution for brides who want a more scaled back video than our usual package offerings. If you are interested in a quote for your wedding, please email us at info@edit1media.com!
Be sure to watch this all the way through so you can see the Lion Dance!

Sorry we haven’t had a chance to write a comment…not that we haven’t wanted to but we’ve just been so busy since our wedding! EVERYONE has just been raving about the same day edit!! And we emailed it to everyone we know, and consistently we hear that they really enjoying experiencing our wedding all over again! I, myself, have watched it at least once a day…and Aaron cried once while watching it! You guys are amazing…so much so that I had to book you guys (and only you guys) for another family event! Shaloha to you both!
